Sony Removes Testagamecreations and Dozens of PS Store Games

Sony removed developer Testagamecreations and dozens of its games from the PlayStation Store after the developer was reportedly banned last week. The change affects multiple listings available on Sony’s digital storefront.

A PlayStation community tracker identified the removals and confirmed several titles that are no longer listed. Games taken down include Liar’s Pub, Backrooms: Escape Together, Truck Simulator 25 – American Driver and its VR version, Star Truck Simulator, Criminal Cleaner Simulator, Fishing Simulator 2025, Auto Shop Simulator, House Cleaner Simulator, Manor Dynasty Strategy, Battle Pixel, Chained Cars and Car Street. Testagamecreations publishes on other platforms, but those entries were removed from the PlayStation Store.

Some of the removed games closely resembled existing indie releases, with Liar’s Pub similar to Liar’s Bar and Backrooms: Escape Together resembling Escape the Backrooms. The catalog taken down contained a range of simulators, casual arcade-style titles and a virtual-reality edition.

Sony has carried out multiple enforcement rounds to remove listings it classifies as scam games and low-quality shovelware from the PlayStation Store. The removal of Testagamecreations and its titles is part of that broader enforcement activity. Sony did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Players who purchased any removed titles should review their PlayStation account and purchase history and contact PlayStation Store support for information on availability and refund options. Developers whose accounts are subject to enforcement are often removed from storefront listings while platform operators review accounts and catalogs.

Sony has previously removed other developer listings during similar enforcement actions aimed at improving storefront quality and addressing misleading or poor-quality offerings.
