Soul Hackers 2 80% off on PlayStation Store

Soul Hackers 2 is on sale for $11.99 on the PlayStation Store through Aug. 27, an 80% discount. After the promotion ends the price will revert to $59.99. The game is a cross-buy title, so one purchase grants access to both PS4 and PS5 versions.

The sale applies to the standard digital edition. The Digital Premium Edition is included in the promotion and is available for $17.99; that edition bundles the base game with a bonus story arc called The Lost Numbers, a Booster Item Pack, a Bonus Demon Pack, a Costume and BGM Pack, Mary’s Maid Frock outfit and the Ai-ho demon. The Digital Deluxe Edition is not part of the current promotion.

Atlus developed Soul Hackers 2 and Sega published it. Released in 2022, it is the fifth entry in the Devil Summoner line, a subseries of the Megami Tensei franchise. The game’s official description reads: “Amidst the glimmer of neon lights, technological advancement causes humans to be consumed by commercial convenience. In the shadows, a war between the Yatagarasu and the Phantom Society is brewing, Devil Summoners who harness the otherworldly powers of Demons.”

The title is no longer available through PS Plus, so the PlayStation Store discount is the primary way for new players to buy it now. The sale window closes Aug. 27; listings will show the full retail price after that date.
