Stellar Blade Adds Free Bayonetta Crossover on PS5

Stellar Blade has added a free Bayonetta crossover on PlayStation 5 as part of its Nano Suit Collaboration. The update gives EVE four new outfits based on Sega’s Bayonetta series and a design from developer Shift Up.

Three outfits draw on Bayonetta, Jeanne and the nun outfit featured in the Bayonetta games. Shift Up created the fourth outfit, called Black Tresses. The announcement describes the content as four couture outfits for EVE.

The update adds Bayonetta’s glasses, the nun’s glasses, and earrings based on the Umbra Witch and Jeanne. These items expand EVE’s cosmetic options within the game’s existing customization system.

The patch fixes an issue with the side quest “A United People Cannot Be Defeated,” which could stop progressing after players collected two Memory Sticks. It also prevents Emil from becoming stuck on a cliff in the southern Wasteland, where he could become unreachable and immune to attacks.

Additional fixes correct EVE’s hairstyle in the Equipment and Repair Console screens. Rapidly changing cosmetics should no longer cause a difference between the selected item and EVE’s appearance in the Equipment screen. The update also corrects an error in Adam’s Data Bank entry.

On Steam Deck, button icons and controller images will match the connected controller when Steam Input is enabled. The update was released alongside Stellar Blade’s launch on Nintendo Switch 2.
