Yoshi and the Mysterious Book for Switch 2 debuted at number two with 39,661 copies. Pokémon Pokopia for Switch 2 sold 22,821 units, bringing its lifetime total to 1,024,285. Mario Kart World for Switch 2 sold 13,699 copies for a lifetime total of 2,952,208. Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn Edition entered at number five with 11,603 units. Additional top-ten entries were Pokémon Legends: Z-A (5,706 weekly; 1,128,749 lifetime), Minecraft (3,488 weekly; 4,211,082 lifetime), Animal Crossing: New Horizons for Switch 2 (3,316 weekly; 123,414 lifetime on that edition), Super Mario Party Jamboree for Switch 2 (2,900 weekly; 199,883 lifetime) and Kirby Air Riders for Switch 2 (2,866 weekly; 533,134 lifetime).
The week-to-week hardware increase, from about 218,000 to 247,880 units, coincided with a domestic price adjustment that took effect May 25. A regional price increase for additional markets is scheduled for September 1.
