Microids’ Syberia Remastered for PS5 is available on the PlayStation Store for $14.99 until July 2, reduced from $29.99. The sale applies to the PS5 version only.
Syberia Remastered is an updated release of the 2002 adventure originally developed by Microids and later ported to PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3. The game follows Kate Walker, a New York lawyer sent to a remote village in the French Alps to complete the sale of an automaton factory. The assignment leads her to travel across snow-covered parts of Eastern Europe.
The 2025 PS5 remaster rebuilds the original game environments with higher-resolution assets and revised lighting. The release reworks several mechanical puzzles, updates controls and the user interface, and adjusts interactions for modern controllers and current hardware.
PlayStation Plus subscribers can stream Syberia Remastered from the cloud on PS5. A subscription is not required to run the game locally, as it is a single-player title.
Players can buy and download the title directly from the PlayStation Store on PS5. After July 2 the listing will revert to $29.99.
