Taiwan rates Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred for Switch 2
Taiwan’s game rating board listed Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred for Nintendo’s Switch 2 in an April entry for the expansion that launched on other platforms in April 2026.
Taiwan’s game rating board has classified Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred for Nintendo Switch 2, listing an entry dated in April that corresponds to the expansion released on other platforms in April 2026.
The entry mirrors an earlier April filing on Indonesia’s rating board and includes the board’s description of the expansion: “Finish the fight against Mephisto, master the new Paladin and Warlock classes, discover major skill tree updates, and explore an overhauled end game.” The listing does not include a release date for Switch 2 or further distribution details.
Blizzard has not issued an official announcement confirming a Switch 2 version of the expansion. A classification indicates the title has been assessed for distribution in that market but does not confirm a release window, price, or whether the expansion will be sold with the base game or separately on Nintendo’s next console.
Earlier this year Blizzard marked Diablo’s 30th anniversary with the Reign of the Warlock paid DLC class for Diablo II: Resurrected. Blizzard also released Diablo III and its expansion on the original Switch in 2018.
Players should await official communications from Blizzard or Nintendo for details on availability, supported features and system requirements for any Switch 2 release.
