Titan Quest II PS5 release set for Jan. 19, 2027
Titan Quest II will launch on PlayStation 5 on Jan. 19, 2027. A new trailer introduces antagonist Nemesis and shows combat and exploration.
Publisher THQ Nordic and developer Grimlore Games announced Titan Quest II will launch on PlayStation 5 on Jan. 19, 2027. The game entered PC Early Access on Aug. 1, 2025 and is currently priced at $34.99 on Steam; that price will increase to $49.99 when the game reaches full release. The PlayStation edition will be listed at $59.99. The developers confirmed that version 1.0 will arrive across PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC with the full launch.
A 75-second trailer released with the announcement introduces antagonist Nemesis, the Goddess of Retribution. The sequence shows Nemesis descending and asking, “At last, do you know who I am?” She declares, “I am retribution herself. And you were marked for punishment long ago.” The clip then shows an unnamed protagonist picking up a sword and saying, “The lore of this world is made by those strong enough to fight for it. It’s time for blood.”
The trailer highlights combat and encounters with mythical foes including centaurs, gryphons, cyclopes and ichthians, along with minibosses. Footage illustrates a combat system that allows weapon switching, ability activation, dodging and skill combinations to tackle groups of enemies. The presentation notes a handcrafted world and a campaign built around exploration and discovery.
Players can find hidden areas, magical artifacts, towns with characters and quests, and travel on a divine mount named Areion. The PlayStation Store listing is available for wishlist now ahead of the Jan. 19, 2027 release.
