Tomb Raider PS5 Screenshots Leak Ahead of State of Play
Five PS5 screenshots for Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis appeared on the PlayStation Store before today’s State of Play, showing Lara Croft in interiors and outdoor scenes with feathered dinosaurs.
Five PS5 screenshots for Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis were accidentally uploaded to the PlayStation Store shortly before today’s State of Play. Observers captured the images from the game’s store page.
The images show Lara Croft in a range of environments, including ornate architectural interiors and outdoor areas where she appears to encounter feathered, prehistoric creatures. The screenshots display detailed character modeling, lighting, Lara’s gear and surrounding level art.
Legacy of Atlantis is described as a reimagining of the original PlayStation title and is intended to mark the franchise’s 30th anniversary. A separate new entry, Tomb Raider: Catalyst, is scheduled for release next year.
An editor who highlighted the images wrote: “I love Lara’s character model, and all of the architectural art design looks outstanding.” The editor also noted the store appearance and predicted a release date announcement during the broadcast.
Store pages can be updated prematurely. At the time the screenshots were captured, they were still accessible on the PlayStation Store long enough for multiple views; listings can be edited or removed by publishers when uploads are accidental.
Official confirmation and any release-date details for Legacy of Atlantis remain pending and may be provided during or after the State of Play broadcast.
