Nintendo reports Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream sold 3.8 million copies worldwide in its first two weeks on the Nintendo Switch.

Nintendo reported that Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream sold 3.8 million copies worldwide in its first two weeks on sale for the Nintendo Switch.

The figure appears in the company’s update on the game’s early performance. Nintendo’s most recent financial results cover sales through March 31, 2026, and may not capture all of the title’s initial transactions.

Nintendo described the start as strong and reported that the game continues to sell across major markets.

The title has remained high on sales charts in the United Kingdom and Japan since launch. Nintendo limited some online sharing features for the game before release.

The previous Tomodachi Life on the 3DS sold 6.73 million copies and ranked among that console’s top sellers. Living the Dream is the latest main entry in the series and its first on Switch. Earlier this month, Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream returned to No. 1 on the UK physical sales chart.
