Digital Eclipse and Atari will release Toy Story 3 Complete Edition and Toy Story: Retro Roundup on Oct. 15, 2026 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 1 & 2 and PC.
Digital Eclipse and Atari will release a remaster and a classic-game collection on Oct. 15, 2026 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 1 and 2, and PC.
Toy Story 3 Complete Edition is a modern remaster of the 2010 game developed by Avalanche Software. The remaster includes upgraded visuals, higher resolutions, improved performance and content that was previously exclusive to the PlayStation 3 version. The 2010 title launched for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii and PC, with a separate Nintendo DS release, and is known for its Toy Box mode, an open-world western town players could customize and explore.
Toy Story: Retro Roundup bundles five Toy Story games with the 1998 A Bug’s Life game in a single package. The included titles are Toy Story (1995), Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue! (1999), Toy Story 2 (1999), Buzz Lightyear of Star Command (2000), Toy Story Racer (2001) and A Bug’s Life (1998).
The collection includes modern conveniences such as rewind functions, save states, enhanced visuals and display filters to run on current hardware.
Both releases will be available digitally on Oct. 15, 2026. Physical editions are planned for Nintendo Switch 1 and 2 and PlayStation 5 only, and physical pre-orders are listed on Atari’s website.
Atari and Digital Eclipse scheduled the launches to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the Toy Story franchise. The releases restore platform-exclusive material from earlier versions and bring multiple older licensed titles to current consoles and PC.
