Volcano Princess arrives on PS5 with 236 trophies

Egg Hatcher’s Volcano Princess has released on PlayStation 5 with a trophy list of 236. The full game is priced at $10.99 on the PlayStation Store and a free demo of the opening chapters is available to download.

Volcano Princess is a daughter-raising simulation set in a medieval-style country said to be blessed by a volcano goddess. Players take the role of a widower who raises his daughter, and choices made in gameplay affect her path. The demo includes the early story up through an event called Little Bird Day.

All 236 trophies on PS5 are Bronze, with a single Platinum trophy awarded for full completion. The title was released previously on other platforms and has attracted a large audience; the developer notes millions of fans. On Steam the game holds an Overwhelmingly Positive rating based on nearly 3,000 reviews, and the PlayStation Store shows a 4.1 out of 5 star rating.
