Clouded Leopard Entertainment postponed the PlayStation 5 release of Wandering Sword from May 28, 2026 to January 21, 2027. The publisher attributed the change to “adjustments in the release schedule for the physical version.”
Clouded Leopard did not specify whether the adjustments involve manufacturing, distribution or retailer timing. The company also did not provide separate schedules for digital and physical availability beyond the new date.
Wandering Sword has been available on PC via Steam for several years and holds overwhelmingly positive user ratings on that platform. The game uses a sprite-based visual style that has drawn comparisons to Octopath Traveler.
