Warhammer Survivors Sets PS5 Release Date for November 5

Auroch Digital will release Warhammer Survivors on PlayStation 5 through the PlayStation Store on Nov. 5. The roguelite action game uses a format inspired by Vampire Survivors and features characters, weapons and enemies from the Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer: Age of Sigmar settings.

Developed with Warhammer and poncle, the game will include more than 40 playable characters. Each character will have different starting statistics and weapons.

Morvenn Vahl, the Abbess Sanctorum and Supreme Commander of the Adepta Sororitas, fights in a Paragon Warsuit. Her Heavy Bolter Fidelis can fire into groups of enemies and trigger a miracle that increases its rate of fire. The weapon can evolve into the Purgator Mirabilis, adding the warsuit’s Paragon Missile Launcher. It then creates random explosions while the bolter continues firing.

Lyssa Revenya, a member of the Saviours of Cinderfall, uses burglary tools as weapons. Her Rope and Grapnel can attack enemies from different directions and pull surviving enemies across the battlefield. The weapon can evolve to summon Rhea, a banshee that moves across the screen and releases damaging spectral fog.

Warhammer Survivors is available to wishlist on the PlayStation Store. PlayStation Plus members can receive a 10% discount when pre-ordering the game.
