Cyberpunk 2077’s Phantom Liberty is listed as available either as standalone DLC or as part of the Ultimate Edition.

The sale applies to full games, deluxe and year-one editions, bundles and downloadable content, with discount levels varying by publisher and title. Older and past-generation releases generally show larger percentage reductions, while recent releases have smaller discounts.
