Xbox Editors Revisit Horizons as Forza 6 Early Access Nears

Ben Kerry and Fraser Gilbert, Xbox editors, outlined their weekend plans ahead of Forza Horizon 6 early access, which begins next Friday. Their plans include revisiting older Horizon entries and trying new releases across multiple platforms.

Kerry plans to replay Forza Horizon 4 and Forza Horizon 5 on Xbox consoles to prepare for Forza Horizon 6. He is wrapping up a playthrough of Resident Evil Village on Switch 2 and intends to start The Occultist on Xbox, a horror title he bought several weeks ago.

Gilbert has been playing Dead as Disco on Steam and on a Windows handheld, the ROG Xbox Ally X. He described the game as “a rhythm game that takes inspiration from Hi-Fi RUSH, Sifu and Batman: Arkham” and noted that players can import their own music.

Gilbert plans to try Mixtape on his Xbox Series X; Mixtape was recently added to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Dead as Disco remains available on Steam only.

The editors’ plans cover Xbox consoles for the Horizon entries and The Occultist, and Steam and Windows handheld hardware for Dead as Disco. They linked these choices to preparing for Forza Horizon 6 early access next Friday.
