Xbox Free Play Days May 7-10: Deadside, Catan Free

Xbox Free Play Days runs May 7-10 and lets users play Deadside and Catan – Console Edition for free. Deadside is discounted 50% on the Xbox Store for the duration of the event.

Microsoft has not published full participation details. The company will clarify whether either title requires Xbox Game Pass, the exact end times for play, and whether additional games will be added to the lineup.

Deadside launched on Xbox and PC just over a year ago. Catan – Console Edition is the digital adaptation of the board game for consoles and is included in the Free Play Days window.

To access the Free Play Days titles, search for each game on the Xbox Store and select the Install option labeled “Included with Game Pass” or the “Free Trial” button where shown, then launch the game. If you choose to buy a title after trying it, check the game’s store page for any discounts and ownership options.

Free Play Days is a recurring Xbox program that temporarily opens selected games to all users at no charge for a limited time. Microsoft will publish the full terms and any additions to the May 7-10 lineup before the event.
