Subnautica 2 hits Game Pass Ultimate/PC; DOOM joins Premium

Subnautica 2 and DOOM: The Dark Ages are available on Xbox Game Pass today. Subnautica 2 is offered day one to Game Pass Ultimate and PC subscribers on Xbox Series X|S, PC, and cloud. DOOM: The Dark Ages has been added to the Game Pass Premium catalog on the same platforms.

Unknown Worlds developed Subnautica 2, an underwater survival game set on a new alien ocean. The title supports single-player and up to four-player cooperative play. Players can build bases, craft tools, and explore underwater environments to progress through the game’s objectives.

DOOM: The Dark Ages is presented as a prequel to DOOM (2016) and DOOM Eternal. The game places players in a medieval campaign where the protagonist, the DOOM Slayer, fights through a cinematic, action-focused storyline against demonic forces.

Subscribers in the relevant Game Pass tiers can download and play the games without an additional purchase. Subnautica 2 requires an Ultimate or PC subscription for day-one access. DOOM: The Dark Ages is available to Game Pass Premium subscribers.

Microsoft lists both titles on Game Pass for console, PC, and cloud where indicated. No developer statements accompanied the service additions.
